Finishes & Coatings
Peeling, cracking, or blistering of the non-toxic finish under normal indoor use.
What's Not Covered
Normal Wear & Tear
Minor scratches, dents, or fading that naturally occur with everyday use over time.
Accidental Damage
Damage caused by spills, impacts, drops, or improper use of the furniture.
Unauthorised Modifications
Any alteration, repair, or modification performed by a third party.
Commercial Use
Furniture used in commercial, institutional, or rental settings.
How to Make a Claim

Email hello@nestandnook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Resolution
Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement part, or full replacement at our discretion — at no cost to you.
Warranty Period
The 1-year warranty begins on the date of delivery. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Claims must be submitted before the warranty period expires.
